Delivery
Once your order is confirmed, our team will process it promptly. Delivery times may vary depending on the item’s availability and your location. For made-to-order pieces, additional production time is required.

We partner with trusted couriers to deliver your order safely. You will receive a tracking number once your item is dispatched. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate, as we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by incorrect details.

Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your item, you may return it within 14 days of receipt, provided it is in its original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to proceed. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Please note that made-to-order, customized, or sale items are final and cannot be returned.

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or style, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. Exchanges are subject to availability.
